Joining oOh!media as Group Human Resources Director in 2014, Steve played an integral role in oOh!media’s 2014 ASX listing as well as recent acquisitions and integrations.

Steve’s focus is on identifying and developing talent to maintain oOh!’s distinctive philosophy of engaging its people and delivering on strategy.

With 26 years’ experience in human resources, learning and organisational development in both consulting and internal roles, Steve has a track record of building highly commercial and innovative HR teams to drive culture change.

Before joining oOh!media, Steve helped build three start-ups in Australia – Optus Vision, Orange and 3 Mobile. He also led the people and culture streams during the $4.5 billion merger between Vodafone and Hutchison. He was then General Manager Human Resources at Vodafone Hutchison Australia for three years before moving to Bankwest as Head of Human Resources, proving that great people practices applied with a strong purpose, work in any industry.

I am deeply grounded in my principles and purpose, to actively work with others to transform the paradigm of organisational life toward individual and collective enrichment and growth. My role is to imagine, co-create and implement new possibilities in alignment with the societal & economic context and the vison & strategy of the business and industry I serve. I am known for stretching the boundaries of what is possible in a collaborative way that develops and nurtures talent that ultimately enables excellence in performance and delivery of tangible outcomes.

I have gained much of my experience and expertise through senior leadership roles at leading professional services firms; Aurecon, PwC, Clayton Utz, Miner Ellison, King & Wood Mallesons and Herbert Smith Freehills. In addition, I have consulted on multiple leadership development, learning & talent initiatives to ANZ, JP Morgan Singapore & Hong Kong, Myer, Dibbs Abbott Stillman, Mills Oakley, Varian, St. George Bank, Olex, Vision Australia and Department of Sustainability & Environment. I also serve as an Advisory Board Member to the University of Melbourne Graduate School of Business & Economics & the Centre for Workplace Leadership.

Utilising both her academic background and practical experience gained from working across HR Tech start-ups and organisational consulting firms, Dr Kristina Dorniak-Wall has a passion for combining the two to not only improve business outcomes but also drive positive social impact.

Kristina has a background in organisational psychology, having completed a PhD looking at Innovation in Organisations.

She works for Culture Amp - the world’s most trusted Employee Experience platform - as a Senior People Scientist. Within her role, she works in partnership with customers, providing support and injecting science into their employee feedback initiatives.

Mel has been a People Geek her whole life but has been one at Culture Amp for 5 years. She is well known for writing in ALL CAPS and using many !!!!!

Her role is Lead Account Executive APAC. Mel was the first remote employee in Sydney for Culture Amp and now works remotely in Byron Bay, where she looks after our Enterprise Clients in Sydney and Brisbane.

She has 15 + years of relationship and account management for new tech companies People Analytics (Culture Amp), CRM (Salesforce.com), and Marketing Automation (Marketo).

Mel got her BA and Masters at the University of California (Berkeley) of Psychology, Philosophy and Sociology.
