Adam heads up the Digital and Information Technology functions across Australia and New Zealand for the H&H (Health & Happiness) Group. A global company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the H&H Group is comprised of a number of brands within the health and wellness space, including most notably the Australian founded vitamin company, Swisse Wellness.

On a journey to evolve from primarily a wholesale and export brand, Adam was brought into Swisse to develop their online direct-to-consumer platforms.

Prior to arriving at Swisse in 2020, Adam spent the previous 15 years working across IT and Digital leadership roles, primarily within the fashion retail space.

Adam’s passion for technology and customer experience have allowed him to work across some of Australia’s most well-known brands, including Witchery, Mimco, Forever New, Blue Illusion, Brand Collective and Nando’s.

Jonnie is the Chief Operating Officer of Linen House, over an 18 year period with the company he has held various executive roles as well as holding a board position.

Linen House is one of Australia’s leading homeware brands and organisations. With the businesses primary function originally being purely wholesale driven, Jonnie has overseen major strategic shifts which has included the successful implementation of a complete Omni-channel model, and growing the business in all channels of wholesale, bricks & mortar retail and ecommerce. This has now allowed the brand to expand their digital platform in to Asia, with next strategic direction heading towards further International expansions.

Kevin Wordon is the Head of Customer Strategy, with a focus on marketing automation and commerce across the APAC Region.

Kevin has held a number of high profile leadership roles in marketing, digital, IT, technology and customer experience across world renowned organisations including Retail Food Group, Flight Centre Travel Group, City Beach, Eagle Boys Pizza, Westfield and Macquarie Leisure.

Kevin is a recognised leader in his field and joins Adobe from Retail Food Group where he was Chief Digital Officer, a global role spanning eight consumer brands and commercial businesses.

Prior to RFG, Kevin worked for Flight Centre Travel Group as their Global Head of Digital, spearheading digital transformation for the company’s eight corporate brands.

Kevin has been responsible for delivering a number of multi-million dollar projects including enterprise digital and marketing transformation, business critical IT and digital projects, one of Australia’s largest customer research programs, large scale loyalty projects, and the rollout of marketing technology globally across 11 countries.

Kevin has also delivered more than 140 digital platforms globally across his career, including 121 websites, 8 ecommerce platforms and 11 mobile applications.

John has had over a decade of experience working with leading retailers and businesses in the Australian and New Zealand markets’.

He specialises in technology that helps both B2B and B2C organisations execute their eCommerce and Customer Experience Management strategies.
