Digital Pass:

A digital pass is valid for the use of one user and provides access to live content, inclusive of all keynotes, and sessions. The pass also includes access to recorded and approved speaker presentations which will be available to you via email following the event. Access must not be shared by multiple users or redistributed in any way. Personal recording of presentations is prohibited. Organisers reserve the right to deny access to anyone who is found violating these terms.

Payment & Discounts:

Payment of invoice is required via credit card at the time of purchase, where a 3% credit card charge is payable. Only one promotional discount code can be applied per registrant. Payment in full is required by the first day of the event. All prices and promotions are valid at the time of purchase only and may not be redeemed after the point of purchase.

Organiser’s Rights:

Connect Media and the Australian Institute of Sport endeavours to ensure the conference program and speaker line-up is correct at the time of the event. All advertised details are correct at time of publishing. Due to unforeseen circumstances Connect Media and the Australian Institute of Sport reserves the right to alter the program prior to the event without notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. Where the event is unable to be run in the next 12 months (from the date of the event), you will be entitled to a full refund. Connect Media and the Australian Institute of Sport reserves the right to deny access to any individual that engages in or is alleged to engage in practices that are considered unprofessional and inappropriate for a business conference.

Cancellation Policy:

A substitute delegate is welcome provided a request is made in writing to [email protected] prior to the event. A full refund less a $50 (GST inclusive) processing fee is applicable on cancellation requests made in writing more than 14 days prior to the event. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 14 days of the event. Where Connect Media and the Australian Institute of Sport is required to reschedule the event in the interest of the event partners and guests, your pass will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled dates. Should Connect Media and the Australian Institute of Sport be unable to offer, deliver or fulfil any engagement within 12 months, you will be entitled to a full refund.
